• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's hit777 Account balance to their registered personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account. hit777 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your Account if you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You must regularly review your Account transaction history and immediately report any suspicious activity, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches to our customer support team. hit777 employs advanced security monitoring systems to detect fraudulent behavior, but ultimate responsibility for Account security rests with the User.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or suspicious sources may be rejected and returned to the originating account, minus any applicable processing fees.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed under normal circumstances.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.2 Third-Party Services

hit777 relies on third-party service providers for game content, payment processing, and other services. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. All disputes with game providers regarding game outcomes should be reported to our customer support team, who will liaise with the provider on your behalf.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall hit777's total liability to any User for all claims arising from use of the platform exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim. hit777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

hit777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we believe that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The Account has been used for purposes other than personal entertainment.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

10.2 Voluntary Closure

Users may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or charges. 11. Dispute Resolution
